Deposits, cancellations & late arrivals
- A $50 deposit is collected when you submit an appointment request and is applied toward the treatment received at that appointment.
- With at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, your deposit transfers to the new appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled. If the appointment cannot be accommodated because of the late arrival, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
- Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice forfeit their $50 deposit.
- A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled after a no-show.
