Refund & cancellation policy

At Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio, we are committed to providing personalized care and ensuring that clients understand our policies before receiving treatment.

A $50 deposit is collected when you submit an appointment request. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the treatment received at that appointment. An appointment request is reviewed by our team; your visit is confirmed separately.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice will forfeit their $50 deposit. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. If the appointment cannot be accommodated because of the late arrival, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of aesthetic and injectable treatments, payments for services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable. Individual results vary, and a particular aesthetic outcome cannot be guaranteed. If a client has concerns regarding their treatment or results, we encourage them to contact the studio so that an appropriate follow-up evaluation can be arranged.

Unused prepaid treatments or packages will be handled according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law. Services that have already been performed are not eligible for refund.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and retail products are non-refundable. Unopened and unused products may be considered for return within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to approval.

If a treatment cannot be performed because the provider determines that proceeding would not be medically appropriate or safe, the client will not be penalized under the cancellation policy. Any deposit or payment will be handled based on the circumstances and any applicable services already provided.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original form of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and the client’s financial institution.

Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a client under applicable law.
