Hustle and Muscle LLC, DBA Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio ("we," "us" or "our") operates chezmichelleboutique.com. This policy describes information used to provide the website, respond to inquiries, arrange appointment requests and provide communications you choose to receive.

Clinical records are addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Consumer health data outside the clinical-record protections is addressed in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Using the website does not establish a clinician–patient relationship.

When you contact the studio or request an appointment, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, requested service, preferred appointment date and time, and the contents of your inquiry. Appointment requests and related contact information are managed through Med Spa Marketing AI, the CRM.

Where an optional welcome-offer signup is displayed, the first step collects your email address. The separate phone step is optional and requests affirmative text-message consent. Skipping it does not cancel the email signup. These forms send submitted information to the CRM; they do not book an appointment.

Payment details are entered through the payment provider in the booking checkout. Stripe processes card payments, and the studio receives payment status and transaction information for the appointment. Do not send card details by email or through a general inquiry.

The website uses hosted pages, Google Fonts and remotely hosted images. Loading a page or an embedded service sends the technical information needed to deliver that resource, such as an IP address, browser/device information and the requested resource, to the relevant hosting, font, image or form service. Linked booking and payment pages have their own service-provider privacy notices. The linked booking service also loads Cloudflare verification and Meta/Facebook resources. Those providers can receive technical information when their resources load; the website’s storage controls do not control those separate services.

Med Spa Marketing AI provides website, form, appointment and CRM functions. Google provides the fonts and business email services. Stripe provides payment processing. These providers process information to deliver their respective services; this policy does not authorize them to use clinical records for advertising.

We use submitted information to respond to your request, communicate about appointments, review requested services, process deposits and payments, maintain appropriate business records, and provide practice updates or offers according to your communication choices.

Information may be handled by studio personnel and service providers supporting hosting, the CRM, communications and payments for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or as law permits to protect safety, address fraud or resolve a dispute. Clinical information and consumer health data remain subject to the additional limits in their respective notices. Marketing use of clinical photographs requires separate authorization.

Where the welcome signup is enabled, the website stores non-personal display flags: a dismissal suppresses the popup for 24 hours, a session flag limits repeated displays during the current session, and a completion flag remains until browser storage is cleared. The website also stores a session flag for a dismissed announcement. These site-controlled flags do not contain your contact details.

The welcome flow holds an email address temporarily in memory to associate the optional phone step with the same signup; it does not put that email in the page URL, local storage or session storage. The form service stores submitted information in the CRM.

You can clear or block site storage using your browser settings. Doing so can reset display preferences or affect embedded features. Browser Do Not Track signals do not by themselves change these site-controlled functions; contact the studio to exercise your privacy choices. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their notices.

If you request information or choose to receive the welcome offer, we use the email address you provide for that request and related communications. Marketing email controls are provided in the messages and by contacting the studio. Your communication preferences do not prevent necessary appointment, transaction or legally required notices.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages from Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, practice updates, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of receiving services or making a purchase.

Mobile opt-in data is never shared or sold. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes, and this information will never be sold. We share your mobile information only with service providers (such as our SMS platform) acting on our behalf, and solely to operate the messaging program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Your use of the text-message program is also governed by our Terms & conditions. These disclosures apply when you choose the optional text-message signup; a website visit alone is not consent.

Include your name, a way to reach you and the type of request. Do not include medical records, full payment-card details or other sensitive information in ordinary email. We will arrange the appropriate method for any necessary records and verify identity or representative authority before releasing information.

You may ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion or a change to your communication preferences. We will assess the request under the law that applies to that information. Clinical-record access, amendments and retention can follow different rules from general website information; the linked notices explain those rights.

Access to personal information is limited to the people and service providers who need it for the purposes described here. Appropriate safeguards and applicable service-provider privacy requirements are part of our information-handling policy. No website, email or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain necessary consent and transaction records, to meet clinical, tax or other legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. Information that is no longer needed is subject to deletion or de-identification; an applicable legal retention requirement may limit a deletion request. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains the separate deletion rights for information covered by Washington law.

The website provides general practice information. Website access is not treatment eligibility or clinical consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information without appropriate permission should contact Studio Management so the information and request can be reviewed. Eligibility and legally required consent for care are assessed separately by the treating team.

We will post changes on this page with the updated effective date. Material changes in collection, use or sharing will be addressed through the notice and consent required by applicable law.
