These terms apply to the website operated by Hustle and Muscle LLC, DBA Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio. Please review the service, price, appointment rules and any treatment-specific documents before submitting an appointment request or agreeing to care.

All content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reading the website or contacting the practice does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about a medical condition. Clinical care requires an individual assessment, a treatment plan and the applicable consent process. A website description, inquiry or payment does not determine whether a treatment is suitable or will be provided. Ask the practice about eligibility, preparation, risks and alternatives.

Results vary according to the individual and the treatment. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. A description of an ingredient, mechanism or research area does not establish a clinical benefit for a particular person.

Photographs are not a promise of results. Any future testimonial or before-and-after use requires separate permission and appropriate context. Website materials and third-party images retain their respective owners' rights.

Visits begin with an appointment request. Submitting a request does not confirm your appointment; your visit is confirmed separately after review. Confirm the selected service, price and applicable terms before payment.

A $50 deposit is collected when you submit an appointment request and is applied toward the treatment received at that appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled. If the appointment cannot be accommodated because of the late arrival, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice forfeit their $50 deposit. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled after a no-show.

The service menu identifies per-unit, per-syringe, starting-at and other relevant pricing qualifiers. Your total depends on the selected service and the treatment plan agreed with your clinician. Confirm the treatment, quantity and total before payment. Any offer is subject to the terms displayed with that offer. An appointment request is subject to review and availability.

Ordinary email is not an emergency service and may not be appropriate for sensitive records. Call the studio to arrange the appropriate way to provide or request medical records. See our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Chez Michelle Injectables & Skin Studio, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, practice updates, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The optional signup requires your affirmative consent to the text-message disclosure presented with that form. Providing an email address, visiting the website, or requesting an appointment does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
